Denise has nearly 15 years experience in commercial property management. Previously a Project Administrator for Westcor, Denise was part of the management team responsible for over 300,000 square feet of retail space. Denise has office, medical and retail projects ranging in sizes from 6,200 square feet to over 70,000 square feet.
Denise is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Agent, and in a pursuit to expand her knowledge of the industry and better serve clients, earned the designation of RPA® in March 2006. Utilizing her skills in property management, Denise is able to provide a smooth transition for our clients as their businesses are established in their new locations. By maintaining an open line of communication, Denise is able to ensure that the needs of our clients are met throughout the business relationship.

Denise is a native of Phoenix and has lived most her life in the West Valley.
